Terms of service

The service

EnSite (operated by Enbit Technosys) lets you create and publish a business website. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Your content

You are responsible for the text, photos and information on your website. Do not publish anything illegal, misleading, hateful, or that you do not have the right to use. We may switch off a website that breaks these rules.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed yearly in advance, plus GST. If a paid plan is not renewed, the website moves to the Free plan; extra pages and features are hidden until you renew. Prices may change for future renewals; we will tell you before.

Addresses and domains

Your free address (yourname.ipzii.com) stays yours while your account is active. Your own domain must be registered and paid for separately; you keep full ownership of it.

Availability

We work to keep websites online at all times but cannot promise uninterrupted service. We keep daily backups.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
