Refunds

If you are not happy with a paid plan, ask for a refund within 7 days of your first payment for that website and we will refund it in full. Renewals and upgrades can be refunded within 7 days if the paid features were not used.

Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.

Cancellation

You can stop renewal at any time by switching the website to the Free plan. Your website stays online on the Free plan.
