Delivery policy

How the service is delivered

EnSite is an online service; nothing is shipped. Your website goes live as soon as you finish the sign-up steps.

Paid plans

Paid plan features are switched on automatically right after your payment is confirmed, usually within a minute. If a payment is confirmed but your plan has not changed within 24 hours, contact us.

Own domains

Connecting your own domain needs a DNS change at your domain provider. Once the change is made, it usually works within a few hours (up to 48 hours).
